評価
主にLaws of Valor / Unstoppable ForceでWrath消費の重いスキルを連発する際に併用される。
Lawsのクールタイムは30秒と長い上、Activeの効果時間は5秒と中々常時Active状態を維持するのは難しいのだが、
これを導入し、それなりにCDRを削減する事でActive維持が見えてくる。SweeperなどのRoland系ビルドなら容易に達成できるだろう。
使い方
Lawsスキルのアクティブ効果次第。
主にLaws of ValorのUnstoppable Forceルーンを運用し、燃費の悪い主砲のガス欠を防ぐ用途で用いられる。
patch2.6.7以降はCaptain Crimson's Trimmings + Laws of Valor / Unstoppable Forceのセット運用で用いられる。
Resource Cost Reduction側のセット効果が当パッシブを参照するため、Active時には追加で50%のダメージ低減効果が得られる状態になる。
