半径内にいる敵の数と車両との距離によっては、ボーナスが減少し、完全に失われる場合もあります。
ボーナスは「アウトキャスト」ホイールの数には依存しませんが、ローターを除く他の駆動パーツを搭載している場合は大幅に減少します。

解説
フロントタイヤの軽量タイヤ枠、耐久値も重量も積載量も低め。
そしてパワーロスも超低い、全ムーブメントの中で2番目のパワーロスを誇り、STなのに4輪付けても20%という消費の少なさ。
一番パワーロスが低いのはプロペラのHummingbirdの4％なので地面を走るムーブメントではナンバーワン。
特徴的なパワーロスだがオプションも特徴的で、周囲80mに敵が居ない場合に速度に関係する性能が上がる。
軽量キャビンと最高速が伸びるエンジンを載せても120km/h超えるのはなかなか厳しいが、Outcastなら周囲に敵が居ない状況なら最高速度が20%上昇するので130km/hで爆走可能。
オプションが発動中ならタイヤに付いたマフラーから炎が上がる、人目がなければ派手になるなかなかシャイなタイヤである。
